What do I do if I want to buy a Limited Edition, Cards or other products?
If you are interested in buying a Limited edition print through this site, please first check the Limited Edition section on the site to confirm the print run is still open and for relevant pricing. Please note postage and delivery costs are not included in the prices given for Limited Edition prints. Prints will be available on a first come first served basis. If the print run has been completed, I am no longer able to sell additional copies in that format, but there may be cards or other products available with that image. If an image could be set up to be sold as a Limited Edition, but this hasn't yet been done, that information will be available in the Gallery description.
Cards of Limited Edition images are currently available through this site. Details of the card sizes are provided in the Gallery description. Card prices are given in a Pricing section under FAQ's.

I will respond to confirm the availability, pricing, expected delivery times and cost if you choose to buy, and will confirm how payment can be made. The products will only be sent once payment has been received, and an email will be sent to confirm dispatch.
Additionally, a number of images are available on other products via one or more Print on Demand sites. If you wish to purchase these products you will need to order them directly via the relevant site. Links have been provided in the Gallery descriptions.
Do you accept international orders?
I don't currently accept International orders through this site, although the Print on Demand sites do. However, if you would like to place an order to be delivered internationally, please email me using our Contact Us page, and I'll see what I can do to help. If an international order is accepted, My Magpie Heart is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments and these remain the responsibility of the customer.
Can I buy your items wholesale?
Please use the Contact Us page to let me know if you are interested in buying products wholesale, and which products you are interested in. Some products may be available on a wholesale basis. Eligibility criteria will apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are currently accepted via Stripe and Paypal, but additional payment options may be added.
How will my order be delivered?
Card orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. Where possible these will be sent within two working days of the order being confirmed and the payment being received. Once dispatched, estimated delivery in the UK is 3-5 working days. Any known delays to dispatch due to holidays or other absence, will be confirmed before an order is agreed.
Limited Editions are sent using a tracked, door to door service at cost including VAT. We will need the delivery address and any additional delivery information to determine how much this will be.
Can I cancel or return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order under the consumer protection act. An order can be cancelled up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. You don't have to give a reason, but any feedback would be welcomed.
To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, either before dispatch or within 14 days of delivery to discuss a refund, return or exchange. If returning items, all dispatched goods must be returned to us in the condition they were sent, and at your expense. Returned items should be received within 14 days of the order being cancelled. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the returned goods being received.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you have placed a UK order which has not arrived within 10 working days of the date of placement, please use the Contact Us email link to let us know your order reference and what the issue is.
If your item has not arrived but has been marked as dispatched, please check:

the estimated processing and delivery times given on the quote and order confirmation, taking into account 'working days'.

with your neighbours in case the order has been left with them.

with your local post office.

My Magpie Heart is not responsible for items lost due to errors made when providing the address for delivery, so please ensure your details are accurate. We reserve the right not to refund or reship items lost due to this kind of mistake.
My Magpie Heart is not responsible for order consignments once they are marked as 'delivered' by any third-party postage services, but will always try to ensure our orders reach our valued customers.
What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible using the Contact Us email link to let us know your order reference and what the issue is.
Please send images of any damage to the packaging and the items purchased. Where possible and appropriate we will replace the damaged item(s). If this is not possible, provided you are within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a refund, or to request alternative products of the same value.
We may ask you to return the damaged item(s). Where this is requested, this will be at your expense and the goods should be received within 14 days of us being notified of the issue.
Any refunds will be made within 14 days of the returned goods being received, or of us agreeing a refund without requiring the return of goods.
